由铁道部科学技术信息研究所完成的这《国外铁路主要技术领域发展水平与趋势》研究专题,于1995年9月1日通过铁道部科学研究院技术鉴定。课题组在掌握分析大量国外铁路信息基础上,结合我国铁路实际,重点对世界不同类型、不同发展阶段的一些国家或地区的铁路运输、机车车辆、工务工程、通信信号等铁路主要技术领域、发展水平与趋势进行跟踪研究,作出准确评述,指出我国铁路的差距;并提出相应的可操作性强的建议,可供路内外从事科技开发、技术引进、科研、教学等工作人员参考。
The “Research on the Development Level and Trend of Major Technical Fields of Foreign Railways” completed by the Scientific and Technical Information Institute of the Ministry of Railways passed the technical appraisal of the Academy of Science of the Ministry of Railways on September 1, 1995. Based on the analysis of a large number of foreign railway information, the research team focused on the development of major railway technical fields such as railway transportation, rolling stock, public works projects and communications signals in some countries and regions of different types and stages in the world based on the actual situation of our country’s railways Level and trend to make an accurate review and point out the gap between China’s railway lines; and put forward correspondingly feasible suggestions that can be used for reference of staffs engaged in technology development, technology introduction, research and teaching both inside and outside the road.
