为观察干扰素 (IFN)、高三尖杉酯碱 (HHT)及阿糖胞苷 (Ara- c)体外对慢性粒细胞性白血病(CML) Ph+ 细胞的生长影响 ,探讨其临床治疗 CML 的有效组合方案。以药物作用 2 4小时液体培养及常规染色体分析法研究 IFN、HHT及 Ara- c对 10例 CML 慢性期患者的骨髓中 Ph+ 细胞的生长影响。结果显示 :IFN、HHT及Ara- c对 CML Ph+ 细胞均有选择性杀伤作用 ,以 IFN作用最强。IFN与 HHT及 Ara- c联合对 Ph+ 细胞的杀伤作用明显强于 HHT及 Ara- c单药运用 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,而 HHT及 Ara- c有促 IFN清除 Ph+ 细胞趋势 (P>0 .0 5 )。以上结果提示 ,IFN、HHT及 Ara- c皆可作为治疗 CML 慢性期患者的有效药物 ;两药或三药的联合应用有望获得比单药更好的效应。
To investigate the effect of interferon (IFN), homoharringtonine (HHT) and cytarabine (Ara-c) on the growth of chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) Ph+ cells in vitro, to explore the effective combination of clinical treatment of CML Program. The effect of IFN, HHT, and Ara-c on the growth of Ph+ cells in the bone marrow of 10 patients with CML in the chronic phase was studied by means of drug treatment with 24-hour liquid culture and conventional chromosome analysis. The results showed that IFN, HHT and Ara-c all had selective killing effect on CML Ph+ cells, with the strongest effect of IFN. The killing effect of IFN combined with HHT and Ara-c on Ph+ cells was significantly stronger than that of HHT and Ara-c alone (P<0.05), while HHT and Ara-c promoted the clearance of Ph+ cells by IFN (P> 0 .0 5 ). These results suggest that IFN, HHT, and Ara-c may be effective drugs in the treatment of patients with chronic CML; the combination of two drugs or three drugs is expected to have better effects than single drugs.
