外国人到威海投资和就业的人数近年来迅速增加,截至今年上半年,通过劳动保障部门办理合法就业手续的人数达到3390人,年均增长19.4%。为了最大限度地发挥就业服务与管理的职能,在保持外国人就业秩序规范有序的基础上为其提供更加优质的服务,进一步优化就业环境,笔者对威海市的外国人就业现状进行了全面调查。
The number of foreigners who invest and work in Weihai has risen rapidly in recent years. As of the first half of this year, the number of those applying for legal employment through the labor and social security department reached 3390, an average annual increase of 19.4%. In order to give full play to the functions of employment service and management, and to provide better service to foreigners on the basis of a standardized and orderly employment order, the author further optimizes the employment environment. The author conducted a comprehensive survey on the employment status of foreigners in Weihai .
