目的:观察复方左氧氟沙星锌乳膏治疗糖尿病足的疗效。方法:回顾分析我院收治的39例糖尿病足临床治疗资料,采用半暴露疗法与包扎疗法用于烧伤糖尿病足,观察用药治疗后创面完全愈合时间,愈合率。结果:39例患者中痊愈18例,有效16例,无效5例,有效率87.2%。结论:复方左氧氟沙星锌乳膏用于各糖尿病足的治疗,疗效确切可靠,并能减轻病人的临床症状。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of compound levofloxacin zinc cream on diabetic foot. Methods: The clinical data of 39 cases of diabetic foot treated in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Semi-exposure and bandaging methods were used to burn diabetic foot. The healing time and healing rate were observed after wound healing. Results: Among the 39 patients, 18 were cured, 16 were effective, 5 were ineffective, and the effective rate was 87.2%. Conclusion: Compound levofloxacin zinc cream for the treatment of diabetic foot, the effect is reliable, and can reduce the patient’s clinical symptoms.
