我在选编《塔城地区志.文献辑存(文献要目)》时,参阅了新出版的十几部县(市)志和地区志,感到这部分五花八门,杂乱无章。有的只有文献辑存,而无文献要目,如《沈丘县志》、《渭南县志》、《淳安县志》、《吕梁地区志》;有的在《附录》中把文献辑存混于杂编,如《威海市志》、《萧山县志》;有的是编者对文献做概要而非原文辑存,如《哈密县志》;有的千脆弃之不辑,无文献辑存及文献要目,如《淮滨县志》、《浙川县志》、《全椒县志》、《宜昌地区志》。在选编文献的内容
