本文简单论述了近红外波段(0.75μ~3.0μ)光栅单色仪波长定标的一般原理和方法,并以我校激光室研制的JS—IVB型全息凹面光栅单色仪(光栅常数d=1/(300)mm)为例,重点介绍了作者在本工作中所采用的两种定标方法和两类测试装置以及相应的实验结果。此外,为覆盖或完善整个近红外波段(包括两端)的波长定标,文章还详细介绍了一些合适的样品和定标波长。
This article briefly discusses the general principle and method of wavelength calibration in the near infrared band (0.75μ ~ 3.0μ) grating monochromator, and uses the JS-IVB holographic concave grating monochromator (grating constant d = 1 / (300) mm) as an example, the author focuses on two calibration methods and two types of test devices used in this work and the corresponding experimental results. In addition, some suitable samples and calibration wavelengths are described in detail in order to cover or improve the wavelength calibration of the entire NIR band, including both ends.
