实验采用宫颈癌传代细胞系 (Hela细胞 ) ,接种于 T-淋巴细胞缺损的裸鼠背部皮下 ,建立宫颈癌的动物摸型。用顺铂进行一次性腹腔腔体灌注化疗。裸鼠对腹腔灌注化疗有较高的耐受能力 ,大剂量 (2 4m g/kg和 15 m g/ kg)两组的瘤体明显缩小 ,其组织学观察有大片癌组织坏死的特征 ,与对照组有明显差异。化疗后癌细胞的 G1期和 G2 M期细胞明显减少。脾缩小、胃扩大 ,与剂量呈显著的相关性 ,其组织学观察也有较明显的变化。大剂量顺铂腹腔腔体灌注治疗宫颈癌有很好的疗效 ,但有必要加强支持治疗。
In this experiment, cervical cancer cell lines (Hela cells) were used to inoculate subcutaneous T-lymphocyte-deficient nude mice into the subcutaneous tissue of the back of the nude mice to establish cervical cancer. One-time celiac infusion chemotherapy was performed with cisplatin. The nude mice had higher tolerance to intraperitoneal chemotherapy, and the tumor size was significantly reduced in the high-dose groups (24 and 15 mg/kg). The histological observation showed that there was a large area of necrosis in the cancer tissue. The group has significant differences. After chemotherapy, the G1 and G2 M cells of the cancer cells were significantly reduced. The spleen was narrowed, the stomach was enlarged, and there was a significant correlation with the dose. The histological observation also showed a significant change. High-dose cisplatin intraperitoneal infusion for cervical cancer has good curative effect, but it is necessary to strengthen supportive treatment.
