Behind an elite school is often a famous president’s efforts. Speaking Peking University, people will think of Cai Yuanpei; Speaking Nankai, people will think of Zhang Boling. Therefore, it can be said that a good principal is a school’s “spiritual leader” and “image ambassador.” The birth of elite schools and elite principals: In modern China, the group of principal presidents, the principal figure is the headmaster, but not the headmaster, or rather, the “headmaster community.” The community of principals is a new term, and the motivation for creating this new term comes from the need to open up a research hypothesis for the book’s writing. The author found that the concept of “community of principals” has sufficient explanatory power to govern the principals, teachers and schools to be written.
