目的:初步了解北京市售淡水鱼(草鱼)中香港海鸥菌的污染状况。方法:于2007年8~10月对北京市3大批发市场16个摊位的40尾草鱼进行香港海鸥菌的抽样检测,检样分别接种全量、半量头孢派酮M acConkey琼脂(CMA)平板,并对分离到的可疑菌进行常规生化实验。结果:40尾草鱼中有7尾检出香港海鸥菌,检出率为17.5%。结论:在北京地区存在香港海鸥菌污染,充分提示北京市售淡水鱼(草鱼)中香港海鸥菌带染问题不容忽视。
Objective: To get a preliminary understanding of the pollution status of seagull bacteria in Hong Kong from freshwater fish (grass carp) in Beijing. Methods: From October to October 2007, 40 samples of grass carp from 16 stalls in 3 large wholesale markets in Beijing were sampled and tested. All the samples were inoculated with MacConkey agar (CMA) The isolated suspicious bacteria for routine biochemical experiments. Results: Seven of the 40 grass carp detected the seagull in Hong Kong, the detection rate was 17.5%. Conclusion: The presence of Hong Kong seagull bacteria contamination in Beijing area fully suggests that the problem of sea cucumber harboring in freshwater fish (grass carp) in Beijing can not be neglected.
