通过对30CrMnMoXt钢尾段板坯表面裂口缺陷的实质和成因做了综合性研究的结果表明:造成钢坯表面裂口的原因是由于钢锭尾部存在有较严重的皮下气泡缺陷,并在轧制过程中使之暴露而造成的。经现厂调查和大量试验查明,在注锭时加入的柳毛石墨保护渣中含水量过大,远超过标准规定是导致钢中产生皮下气泡的直接原因。本文还对合金结构钢皮下气泡的宏观和微观形貌以及形成原因做了进一步分析,并提出了防止措施,收到了良好效果。
Through the comprehensive study of the nature and causes of the surface crack in the slab of 30CrMnMoXt, the results show that the reason of the surface cracking of the slab is that there are more serious subcutaneous bubble defects in the tail of the ingot, Caused by the exposure. The factory survey and a large number of tests found that the addition of ingot ingot when graphite ingot moisture content is too large, far beyond the standard requirement is the direct cause of subcutaneous bubbles in the steel. In this paper, the macroscopic and microscopic appearance of the bubbles under the skin of alloy steel and the causes of the formation were further analyzed, and the preventive measures were put forward and good results were obtained.
