针对我国水泥稳定半刚性基层存在裂缝的突出问题,研究水泥水化机理和级配组成原理,提出了微膨胀水泥+骨架密实级配的基层防裂设计方法,提出了双层连续施工+预锯缝的施工工艺。试验路段结果显示,裂缝数量明显减少。
In view of the prominent problems of cracks in the semi-rigid base of cement stabilized in our country, the mechanism of cement hydration and composition of gradation are studied.
