在暖通空调系统中,传感器测量信号的正确与否将直接影响系统能否正常地运行和实现需要的控制,同时也影响对其它设备进行故障诊断时结果的正确性。该文对传感器的故障检测进行研究。提出了一种诊断传感器慢漂移故障的方法——系统比较和优化的方法。这种方法以系统出现故障的传感器总是少数为假设条件,通过检测系统各个变量测量值的一致性来检测传感器故障。模拟和工程应用表明,这种方法对传感器慢漂移故障的检测是非常有效的,但是这种方法的可靠性取决于系统规模的大小和出故障的传感器在系统中的具体位置。这种方法对空调系统的运行有实际意义。
In the HVAC system, the correctness of the sensor measurement signal will directly affect the system can run properly and achieve the necessary control, but also affect the accuracy of the results of other devices for fault diagnosis. In this paper, the fault detection of the sensor is studied. A method to diagnose the slow drift of sensors - a method of system comparison and optimization is presented. In this method, it is always assumed that there are only a few failed sensors in the system, and sensor failures can be detected by detecting the consistency of measured values of various variables in the system. Simulation and engineering applications show that this method is very effective in detecting slow sensor drift, but the reliability of this method depends on the size of the system and the specific location of the failed sensor in the system.
