一、二十国峰会召开倡导改革促增长9月5日—6日,二十国集团领导人第八次峰会在俄罗斯圣彼得堡举行,此次峰会的主题是促进经济增长和创造就业岗位。会议闭幕时,峰会发表了《二十国集团圣彼得堡峰会领导人宣言》。宣言指出,刺激增长和创造就业是该集团的优先任务,各成员国应采取果断措施改善就业状况,推动强劲、可持续和平衡增长。此外,宣言敦促成员国于2014年初之前完成国际货币基金组织第15次份额总检查,并尽快落实已经确定的份额和治理改革方案。
First, the 20 summit held to promote reform and promote growth September 5-6, the Eighth G20 summit held in St. Petersburg, Russia, the theme of this summit is to promote economic growth and create jobs. At the close of the meeting, the summit issued the “Declaration of the Leaders of the Group of Twenty St Petersburg Summit.” The declaration pointed out that stimulating growth and creating employment are the priorities of the group, and all member countries should take resolute measures to improve employment conditions and promote strong, sustainable and balanced growth. In addition, the declaration urges member states to complete the 15th general inspection of the IMF by the beginning of 2014 and to finalize the established share and governance reform program as soon as possible.
