在医学上,当临床病人出现疑难杂症时,经常采用的方法是“会诊”,即邀请四方专家共同诊断,而后对症医治,既拯救病人,同时也提高医务人员的医术水平。在我们体育教学中,如何提高教师的教学水平,如何提高体育教学质量,如何有效解决教学中所碰到的“疑难杂症”,单靠个体的力量是有限的,靠业务进修往往是远水解不了近渴。如果采用教学会诊法,博采集体智慧与他人之长,补自身之短,是解决教学中“疑难杂症”的简易途径。而在“教学会诊”的方法中,又以教研组(或年级组)会诊为佳。
