由中国侨联、全国台联、人民日报海外版、中国国际广播电台、《快乐作文》杂志共同主办的“第十五届世界华人学生作文大赛”。,于2013年7月20日开始征稿。本届大赛旨在弘扬中华文化,加强海内外中华儿女在学习、生活方面的交流与沟通,增进友谊,促进团结,活跃学生课外学习生活,展示华人学生的精神风貌。有关事宜说明如下:一、参赛对象海外各国及中国(含港、澳、台)小学、初中学生(含归侨学生)。二、内容要求本次大赛为非命题作文,可以参考以下两个主题。小学生题材及体裁均不限;初中生记叙文、说明文、议论文均可;题目自拟。
