Since 1976, a school in each student load 10km running test, there have been many cases of fainting and coma. In order to understand the physiological reaction of weight-bearing long-distance runners and to analyze the factors leading to heat stroke to put forward the corresponding sunstroke prevention measures, we studied the physiological responses of young soldiers who ran 10km. Methods The subjects were 19 male health warriors with an average age of 19 ± 1.6 years with an average height of 167.4 ± 4.5 cm and an average body weight of 57.25 ± 4.4 kg. 0.5 to 1.5 hours after breakfast, each soldier weighing 12kg, run in batches, each batch of 4 to 5 people in the perimeter of 600m (of which there is a section of about 20m gradient
