为了筛选出适宜于高温季节栽培的优良平菇品种,探讨平菇周年性栽培的可行性措施,我们进行了高温条件下平菇品种比较试验。现将试验结果简结如下。一、试验材料选用引进的三个中、低温型菌株“504”、 “连04”、“PZo”及二个由我所筛选的中、低温型菌株“1125”、“10,”。供试菌种的母种培养基为PDA培养基,原种及栽培种培养基均为棉籽壳。培养料处理:选川干燥、无霉新鲜棉籽壳,每50公斤干料兑水55公斤
In order to screen out the suitable Pleurotus ostreatus varieties suitable for cultivation in high temperature season and explore the feasibility of the annual cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus, we carried out comparative experiments on Pleurotus ostreatus under high temperature conditions. The test results are summarized below. First, we selected three medium and low temperature type strains “504”, “Lian 04”, “PZo” and two medium and low temperature type strains “1125” “10, ”.
