本文报告100例恶性肿瘤患者化疗前后甲襞微循环及外周血象的改变。发现肿瘤患者化疗后短期内微循环障碍及外周血象异常较化疗前更加明显,两者存在显著差异。尤以老年肿瘤患者为甚。提示对老年肿瘤患者进行全身静脉化疗应慎重。
This article reports 100 patients with malignant tumors before and after chemotherapy chemotherapy and hyperthyroidism microcirculation and peripheral blood changes. It was found that short-term microcirculatory disturbances and peripheral blood abnormalities were more obvious in cancer patients after chemotherapy than before chemotherapy, and there were significant differences between the two groups. Especially elderly patients with cancer. Tips for systemic intravenous chemotherapy in elderly patients with cancer should be careful.
