目的 研究K562细胞热耐受性与放射敏感性的关系。方法 先诱导产生K562 耐热细胞亚群,然后用不同剂量60Coγ射线照射和5Fu 对K562 细胞株及其耐热细胞的放射敏感性进行测定。结果 K562耐热细胞对射线照射和5Fu 具有一定程度的耐受性;5Fu 联合不同剂量的照射有部分的相加作用。结论 K562 细胞热耐受性、耐药性及放射抗性之间有一定的相关性。提示在临床热疗工作中,必须采用合理的序贯和递降加温以设法避开或减弱肿瘤的热耐受期。
Objective To investigate the relationship between heat tolerance and radiosensitivity in K562 cells. Methods K562 first induced heat-resistant cell subpopulation, and then with different doses of 60Coγ-ray irradiation and 5 Fu on K562 cell lines and heat-resistant cells were measured radiosensitivity. Results K562 heat-resistant cells to radiation and 5 Fu with a certain degree of tolerance; 5 Fu combined with different doses of radiation have some additive effect. Conclusion There is a certain correlation between heat tolerance, drug resistance and radiation resistance in K562 cells. Tip in the clinical work of hyperthermia, you must use a reasonable sequence and decreasing heating in an effort to avoid or reduce the thermal tolerance of the tumor.
