目前,众多施工企业的转型升级正在进行中。但有一个现象应引起注意:某些施工企业生产工业设备,中小型施工企业多元经营如火如荼,而主业经营却不温不火了;某些施工企业奔波于项目承揽而疲于实施转型等诸多现象也多少反映出建筑企业转型升级的窘境。具体说来,有三个因素。
