上海市水利会计学会成立于1992年11月26日。按学会章程规定,学会理事的任期为三年。为此,学会于1996年12月26、27日在银波大厦召开了“上海市会计学会水利工作委员会换届改选大会”。出席会议的有各县、区水利系统和局属企事业单位的理事、会员代表等70余人。会议首先在学会副会长李钧的主持下进行了’96水利财会学术论文交流。会上交流的论文共33篇。其中有14篇的作者在会上发了言。这次论文的特点是围绕经济体制改革、水利事业改革和水利财会改革,结合工作
Shanghai Water Conservancy Accounting Association was established in November 26, 1992.
