采用改进的化学气相沉积(MCVD)工艺结合溶液掺杂法制备出了铒镱共掺石英有源预制棒,进而通过优化预制棒打孔与光纤拉丝工艺,最终制备出了双折射高于4×10-4、偏振串音低于-22dB/(10m)的铒镱共掺保偏光纤。此外,还研究了纤芯不同掺杂组分对铒镱共掺保偏光纤光谱特性的影响,通过优化纤芯中铒、镱离子与铝、磷离子的共掺工艺,将铒镱共掺保偏光纤在1 530nm波长处的纤芯吸收系数提高到了46dB/m以上。
