2015年以来,国家教育部在多项文件中明确提出将高职学生的德育教育和职业精神培养作为育人的主线,对此,教育部发布的《高等职业教育创新发展行动计划(2015-2018)》(简称“行动计划”)提出“促进职业技能培养与职业精神养成相融合”。因此,高职教育的人才培养从单纯的重技能向重职业人格养成转变是当今教育改革与发展的主旋律。一、问题的提出——核心素质的缺失已成为影响人才培养质量的关键因素
