充足的睡眠对人的健康是十分重要的。据有关资料表明,老年人每天至少需要6个小时的睡眠时间。除此之外,在睡眠的准备、姿势和习惯方面还要特别留意一些睡眠时的忌讳:一、忌睡前吃东西人进入睡眠状态后,机体部分活动节奏放慢,进入休息状态。如果临睡前吃东西,肠胃等又要忙碌起来,这样加重了它们的负担,身体其他部分也无法得到良好休息,不但影响入睡,还有损健康。
