复合阻尼钢板有效地把金属材料和高分子材料的特性结合起来使用,使其既具有金属材料原有的力学性能及加工成形特性,又具有高分子材料的阻尼特性,是振动、噪声场合替代金属材料使用的理想环保产品。但其焊接难点制约了其应用的推广。本文通过对复合阻尼钢板进行激光深熔焊接,获得了合适的焊接工艺参数,采用有限元软件ANSYS模拟了在此参数下阻尼钢板的温度场分布。结果表明:焊接熔池的模拟结果与试验结果基本吻合。
The composite damping steel plate effectively combines the characteristics of the metal material and the polymer material so that the composite damping steel plate not only has the original mechanical properties and the processing and forming characteristics of the metal material but also has the damping property of the polymer material and is the substitute for the metal The ideal material for the use of environmentally friendly products. However, its welding difficulties have restricted the promotion of its application. In this paper, the welding parameters of the composite damping steel plate are obtained by deep penetration laser welding. The finite element software ANSYS is used to simulate the temperature field distribution of the damping steel plate under this parameter. The results show that the simulation results of the weld pool are in good agreement with the experimental results.
