针对连杆预锻成形过程中模具的磨损失效问题,基于修正的Achard磨损模型,采用Deform-3D有限元塑性成形软件,分析了不同成形速度和摩擦系数对预锻模具型腔磨损深度的影响。结果表明,模具内腔的最大磨损深度随着成形速度的增大而增大,同样模具的最大磨损深度随摩擦系数的增大而增大,并且上模比下模磨损更严重。结果能为实际生产提供参考。
Aiming at the wear failure of the mold during the preforming process of the connecting rod, Deform-3D finite element plastic forming software was used to analyze the influence of different forming speed and friction coefficient on the cavity wear depth of the pre-forging die based on the modified Achard wear model. The results show that the maximum wear depth of the mold cavity increases with the increase of the forming speed, and the same maximum depth of wear increases with the increase of the friction coefficient, and the upper die wear more seriously than the lower die. The result can provide reference for actual production.
