针对三辊斜轧穿孔工艺的特点,利用有限元方法对其工艺进行了模拟,分析了管坯在三辊穿轧过程中等效应变、等效应力分布以及轧辊扭矩、顶头受力的变化情况。将模拟结果与实验结果进行对比,模拟结果与试验结果基本吻合,可以作为新工艺开发和理论研究的参考。通过实验进一步分析了生产中存在的尾环、轴承失效等故障原因,可为设备的设计和工艺改进提供指导。
According to the characteristics of the three-roll inclined-hole perforation process, the process was simulated by the finite element method. The equivalent strain, equivalent stress distribution and the variation of the torque and the head force of the tube were analyzed. The simulation results are compared with the experimental results, the simulation results are basically consistent with the experimental results, which can be used as a reference for the development of new technology and theoretical research. Through the experiment further analysis of the existence of the production of the tail ring, bearing failure and other failure causes, for the design of equipment and process to provide guidance.
