采用真空渗流技术生产了泡沫Mg合金,深入地探究了工艺安全问题。分析了真空渗流时Mg合金发生燃烧与爆炸的原因,并给出了有效的解决方案。实验结果表明:采用金属铸型,合理控制金属液浇注温度与铸型预热温度可有效防止镁液燃烧;严格控制渗流过程中的水分与氧气可防止镁液爆炸。
Using vacuum seepage technology to produce the foam Mg alloy, in-depth exploration of the process safety issues. The reasons for the combustion and explosion of Mg alloy during vacuum seepage are analyzed and an effective solution is given. Experimental results show that the use of metal mold to control the pouring temperature of molten metal and the preheating temperature of the mold can effectively prevent the combustion of magnesium liquid. Strict control of water and oxygen during seepage can prevent the magnesium liquid from exploding.
