加强党的执政能力建设是十六大提出的一项战略任务。十六届四中全会对加强党的执政能力建设进行了研究和部署,反映了党心民心,体现了时代要求。在上一期报告会《如何加强党的执政能力建设》一文中,我们就“为何突出强调加强党的执政能力建设”、“从历史经验看党加强执政能力建设的轨迹”和“加强党的执政能力建设的总体思路是什么”等几大方面进行了分析。为进一步配合高校学习贯彻四中全会精神,帮助大学生理解把握《决定》的丰富内涵,本期再次组织了一组学习问答。 Strengthening the building of the party’s ability to govern is a strategic task proposed by the 16th CPC National Congress.
