党中央最近发布的《中国共产党党员权利保障条例(试行)》,全面系统地规范了党组织和党员在保障党员权利方面的工作和活动,是各级党组织工作经验的高度概括和总结。认真学习和贯彻这一《条例》是当前各级党组织和全体共产党员的一项重要任务。
The CPC Central Committee recently promulgated the “Regulations for the Protection of the Rights of Chinese Communist Party Members (Trial Implementation),” which comprehensively and systematically standardizes the work and activities of party organizations and party members in safeguarding the rights of party members. It is a high-level summary and conclusion of the work experience of party organizations at all levels. Studying and implementing this “ordinance” earnestly is an important task of the current party organizations and all party members at all levels.
