作者用该法治疗45例环形痔,术后随访1～2年,肛门功能全部保持良好。方法是在外痔块呈放射状菱形切开皮肤及粘膜,将所有静脉丛由外括约肌分离至外括约肌上缘,齿线上0.3～0.5cm处,以显露内痔块根部,然后高位结扎痔动脉及切除内痔蒂组织,向肛门外呈放射状延长切口,以利引流。分别处理3～7、7～11、11～13时位痔块。剥离切除皮肤粘膜下痔静脉丛,剪去过长的皮肤粘膜,使其对端吻合在齿线上方不同高度的平面上,基底缝合2针固定在内括约肌上,丝线间断缝合闭锁。认为重症环形痔切除结扎闭锁是保留正常肛门功能
