本文报告9例少见的尿毒症并上消化道念珠菌感染。内镜可见稍高于周围粘膜、不易剥离的白班,周围粘膜充血水肿、浅表溃疡。二者并治可迅速见效。
This article reports 9 cases of rare uremia and upper gastrointestinal Candida infection. Endoscopic visible slightly higher than the surrounding mucosa, easy to peel the white shift, congestion and edema around the mucosa, superficial ulcers. The two can be effective immediately.
