目前“00后”逐渐成为了中高职教育的主要对象,但是“00后”的成长的社会环境和家庭环境与以往的“90后”、“80后”有较大的区别,进而形成个“00后”独特的的性格特征和学习特点。针对“00后”的学习特点,在班主任工作中对于学生学习的辅导、性格的引导乃至价值观的构建上必须要细致入微。本文结合作者自身的班主任工作经验和案例,从“00后”的生活环境和性格特征等方面入手,讲述与学生的细致入微的心灵接触。
