职业学校的学生多是升高中落选,而且父母是外来务工人员,或是家庭破裂、父母关系不和。学生在思想和言行上多数不同于同年龄阶段的高中学生,在行为上多有偏差,部分学生在情绪的调控上存在问题。笔者根据自己在职业学校从事心理健康教育和班主任工作中积累的经验,整理出心理健康教育理念在中职班主任工作中的几点经验:教育者先接受教育,用自身的心灵成长做示范;营造彼此认可和欣赏的氛围,提升班级正能量;违纪是结果,是对学生错误思维模式的照见和修正的机会;用音乐和转变教师与学生的关注点提升学生的内心能量状态和感受生活的能力。
Most of the students in vocational schools are exacerbated or dropped off, and their parents are migrant workers, or their families are broken up and their parents are not in the same relationship. Students in the thinking and words and deeds mostly different from the same age class of high school students, there are many deviations in behavior, some students in the regulation of emotion problems. Based on my own experiences in mental health education and class teacher work in vocational schools, the author sorts out some experiences of mental health education concept in the work of teachers in secondary vocational schools: Educators first receive education and use their own spiritual growth to make demonstrations; Mutual recognition and appreciation of the atmosphere, improve the class positive energy; discipline is the result, is the wrong way of thinking students see and correct opportunities; with music and change the focus of teachers and students to enhance students’ inner energy status and feelings of life ability.
