在京津冀地区协同发展经济结构转型的背景下,人才需求的结构发生了重大变化。如何调整高职院校的人才培养模式,使之更加适合经济结构的转型,更好服务于京津冀的协同发展是当前河北省高职院校人才培养面临的主要困局。本文从京津冀地区对计算机类人才的需求分类入手,分析了计算机网络专业人才的需求形式和供给现状,深入研究河北省高职院校计算机网络技术专业的人才培养模式,使得计算机类专业的人才培养能更好的服务于河北的发展。
Under the background of the synergistic development of economic structure in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, the structure of talent demand has undergone great changes. How to adjust the mode of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges to make it more suitable for the transformation of economic structure and to better serve the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei is the main predicament faced by the present-day talent training in higher vocational colleges in Hebei Province. This paper starts with the classification of computer talents in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province, analyzes the demand form and supply status of computer network professionals, deeply studies the training model of computer network technology professionals in Hebei higher vocational colleges, Talent training can better serve the development of Hebei.
