人力资源管理问题是企业内部存在的一项比较重要的问题,本文指出国有企业存在的缺乏科学的绩效管理系统,没有走出传统的人事管理的老路,利益激励机制不均衡等问题。针对存在的问题提出了要树立战略人力资源管理观念,建立科学高效的绩效管理系统,加强薪酬设计的公平性,建立职业发展计划激励机制等。
The problem of human resource management is a relatively important issue existing in the enterprise. This paper points out that the lack of scientific performance management system exists in the state-owned enterprises, without going out of the traditional path of personnel management and unbalanced incentive mechanism. In view of the existing problems, it is necessary to establish the concept of strategic human resource management, establish a scientific and efficient performance management system, strengthen the fairness of salary design and establish the incentive mechanism of career development plan.
