随着我国综合国力的提升,近年来我国残疾人运动也得到了长足的进步,尤其是残疾人冰雪运动更是有了突飞猛进的发展。但是同国外发达国家相比还是存在很大的问题,残疾人冰雪运动发展失衡严重,且存在残疾人冰雪运动权利的“断裂”。基于此,本文针对残疾人冰雪体育权利诉求的困境进行了分析,并有针对地提出了残疾人冰雪运动体育权利的实现路径。
With the improvement of China’s overall national strength, China’s disabled people’s movement has also made great strides in recent years. In particular, the snow and ice movement for the disabled has seen rapid development. However, compared with other developed countries, there are still some big problems. The development of the snow sports for the handicapped is seriously unbalanced, and there is a “break” in the rights of the handicapped snow sports. Based on this, this article analyzes the plight of the rights and interests of the handicapped ice and snow sports, and puts forward the realization of the sports rights of the handicapped ice and snow sports.
