齿轮的拥有有着悠久的历史,由于在进行制造与安装过程中,实际齿轮总是存在着一些误差,而这些误差将直接影响到传动系统的精度与动态特征,所以表征、测量、分析、利用并控制齿轮误差是人们一直在探索的技术,其中齿轮在线测量主要是依据齿轮精度理论,检测制造生产线上加工的齿轮几何参数、精度参数指标以及表面粗糙度等项目。本文作者主要对齿轮在线测量技术进行深入探讨,介绍了针对不同测量目的采用的不同检测技术与设备以及依据的测量原理。
Gear ownership has a long history. Because there are always some errors in the actual gear during the manufacturing and installation, these errors will directly affect the accuracy and dynamic characteristics of the transmission system. Therefore, the characterization, measurement, analysis, utilization and Control of gear error is a technology people have been exploring, of which the gear on-line measurement is mainly based on the gear accuracy theory, testing the manufacturing geometry of the gear manufacturing process parameters, precision parameters and surface roughness of the project. The author mainly discusses on-line measurement technology of gears in detail, and introduces different detection technologies and equipments adopted for different measurement purposes and the measurement principle based on them.
