马立克氏病毒诱发的进行性肿瘤及马立克氏病移植的局部退行性肿瘤,用胶原酶处理则发生扩散,细胞毒对肿瘤靶细胞的毒性效应,可在试管中进行检查。两种形式的肿瘤,都有粘着性和非粘着性的细胞毒细胞。粘着性细胞的细胞毒性,用~(51)Cr——释放,可在18小时内测定出,而不能在4小时内测定。进行性肿瘤的粘着性效应细胞,用羰基铁及鹿角菜作前处理则被灭活,而退行性肿瘤的粘着性效应细胞,对这些处理则有抵抗力。在进行性肿瘤中,将18小时的肿瘤细胞,与带瘤鸡脾脏的细胞毒活性进行比较,发现肿瘤内的细胞毒活性比脾脏的细胞毒活性高。在4小时的51Cr——释放测定中,非粘着细胞的细胞毒性与抗胸腺细胞血清——抗自然杀伤细胞有关。自然杀伤细胞反应的影响范围及水平,在退行性肿瘤中比在进行性肿瘤中大。在退行性肿瘤中,其自然杀伤细胞毒性水平比在带瘤鸡的脾脏高。由病毒诱发的进行性肿瘤及可移植的退行性肿瘤内的粘着性细胞毒细胞的特性,与自然杀伤细胞上升的水平不同,在进行性肿瘤内不可能表现出退变性肿瘤内的免疫作用。
Malignant-induced progressive tumor and Marek’s disease local degenerative tumors, proliferation occurs with collagenase, cytotoxic effects on tumor target cells can be checked in the test tube. Both forms of tumors have both adhesive and non-adhesive cytotoxic cells. Adhesion cytotoxicity, with ~ (51) Cr - release, can be measured within 18 hours, but can not be measured within 4 hours. Adhesive effector cells of progressive tumors were inactivated with carbonyl iron and carrageenan pretreatment, whereas adhesive effector cells from degenerative tumors were resistant to these treatments. In progressive tumors, comparing the cytotoxic activity of 18 hours of tumor cells with the spleens of tumor-bearing chickens, the cytotoxic activity within the tumor was found to be higher than the cytotoxic activity of the spleen. In a 4-hour 51Cr-release assay, the cytotoxicity of non-adherent cells correlated with anti-thymocyte serum-anti-natural killer cells. The extent and level of natural killer cell responses are greater in degenerative tumors than in progressive tumors. In degenerative tumors, the level of natural killer cytotoxicity is higher than in the spleens of hamsters. The characteristics of adherent cytotoxic cells in virus-induced and transplanted degenerative tumors, unlike the elevated levels of natural killer cells, are unlikely to demonstrate immunological effects in degenerative tumors in progressive tumors.
