目的评价血清肿瘤标志物乳腺上皮小黏蛋白(small breast epithelial mucin,SBEM)、糖蛋白抗原153(CA15-3)、糖蛋白抗原125(CA12-5)、癌胚抗原(CEA)联合检测对乳腺癌微转移的诊断价值。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法分别检测50例乳腺癌患者、40例良性乳腺病患者以及40例健康人血清中SBEM、CA15-3、CA12-5、CEA的水平,比较三组间的差异。结果乳腺癌组患者血清SBEM、CA15-3、CA12-5和CEA的阳性率均显著高于良性乳腺病组及对照组(P<0.05)。4项标志物联合检测的敏感性为90.8%,与单项检测相比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 SBEM、CA15-3、CA12-5和CEA对乳腺癌微转移具有较高的辅助诊断价值,4项标志物联合检测有助于提高乳腺癌微转移诊断的敏感性。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of serum tumor markers such as small breast epithelial mucin (SBEM), glycoprotein antigen 153 (CA15-3), glycoprotein antigen 125 (CA12-5) and carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) Diagnostic Value of Micrometastasis in Cancer. Methods Serum levels of SBEM, CA15-3, CA12-5 and CEA in 50 patients with breast cancer, 40 patients with benign breast disease and 40 healthy controls were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The differences among the three groups were compared. Results The positive rates of serum SBEM, CA15-3, CA12-5 and CEA in breast cancer patients were significantly higher than those in benign breast disease patients and controls (P <0.05). The sensitivity of the four markers was 90.8%, which was significantly different from the single test (P <0.05). Conclusion SBEM, CA15-3, CA12-5 and CEA have high value in the diagnosis of breast cancer micrometastasis. The combined detection of four markers can improve the sensitivity of the diagnosis of breast cancer micrometastasis.
