采用层层正交路径进行了316L不锈钢块体试样的MIG堆焊快速成形,研究了堆焊试样的组织和力学性能。组织观察显示,随堆焊高度的增加,堆焊层中晶粒组织逐渐变得粗大,且铁素体数量增加。显微硬度分析表明,随堆焊层数的增加,堆焊部分的显微硬度呈先增后减的变化趋势。室温拉伸结果显示,堆焊成形试样的拉伸性能达到锻件标准,且沿垂直于焊接方向试样的抗拉强度和伸长率均优于沿着焊接方向。
The Ml OWD of 316L stainless steel block specimen was carried out by using the layer orthogonal path. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the surfacing welding specimen were studied. Tissue observations show that as the height of the build-up layer increases, the grain structure in the build-up layer gradually becomes coarse and the amount of ferrite increases. Microhardness analysis shows that with the increase of the number of surfacing layer, the microhardness of the surfacing part first increases and then decreases. Tensile tests at room temperature show that the tensile properties of the surfacing-formed specimens are up to the forging standard, and the tensile strength and elongation of the specimens perpendicular to the welding direction are better than those along the welding direction.
