一、绪言 自NS镀银问世五年多来,现已较为广泛地应用于电子、航空和机械等工业的电镀中。实践证明,无论从其工艺性、经济性和环保性来看,它都不失为一个有生产价值的无氰镀银工艺。为了扩大其应用领域,我们在原NS镀银的基础上,着手进行了NS——氨磺酸快速镀银的研究,其初步成果已为部份厂家所采用。本文拟以微分电容、阴极极化、霍尔槽试验及电导率作为评比指标,通过正交实验法进一步优选,以期求得最佳工艺配方及其操作条件。
First, the introduction Since the advent of silver silver NS more than five years, is now more widely used in electronics, aerospace and mechanical plating industry. Practice has proved that no matter from its technological, economic and environmental point of view, it can be regarded as a production value of non-cyanide silver plating process. In order to expand its application areas, we started NS rapid silver plating on the basis of the original NS silver, the initial results have been used by some manufacturers. In this paper, differential capacitance, cathodic polarization, Hall cell test and conductivity as the evaluation index, the orthogonal experiment method is further optimized, in order to obtain the best process recipe and its operating conditions.
