云南省鲁布格电站的地下工程,是采用喷灌混凝土浇筑的.喷灌的设备是挪威捐赠的.喷灌所用的硅藻土填料是从挪威带来的.由于此项工程工程量较大,所需的硅藻土填料数量比较多,因此,水电部十四局便与我所商量,希望我所与昆明硅藻土制品厂合作,研制硅藻土填料,用于此项喷灌混凝土工程,取代进口的喷灌混凝土所用的硅藻土填料.我所经过一年多的试验研究,终于制得了质量符合施工部门要求的硅藻土填料,解决了水电部十四局鲁布格电站地下工程所需要的硅藻土填料,质量达到了挪威同类产品的水平,填补了国内一项空白.
