福建丘陵山地面积广,生产潜力大,发展多种经营条件很好。根据丘陵地区的自然条件和实际利用情况,本文从生态学观点出发,讨论丘陵地区发展多种经营问题: 一、丘陵山地应以林为主,保护好阔叶林,大力营造针阔混交林、经济林和薪炭林。搞好坡顶林业是发展多种经营的保证。林下放牧,实行林牧结合。 二、丘陵中部坡地发展果树、茶、木本油料、副业。合理布局,以果、茶为重点,兼顾其它,走多种经营道路,是繁荣经济的重要途径。 三、丘陵山地及其坡麓农田相互依存的格局,经营对象虽有差别,但必须作为农业生态系统的整体对待,纳入农业规划。开发利用与保持水土结合,因地制宜地安排农、林、牧、副生产。
