采用不同负载顺序或制备过程制备了Pd-SiW12/SiO2催化剂,考察了它们在乙烯直接氧化制乙酸反应中的催化性能.结果表明,Pd和SiW12的负载顺序与Pd负载后的处理条件对Pd-SiW12/SiO2催化剂上Pd的分散度影响较大,但对催化剂表面B酸量影响不大,而Pd分散度较高时,相应催化剂活性较高.将Pd和SiW12同时负载于SiO2上时,催化剂表现出较高的催化乙烯直接氧化制乙酸反应活性.
Pd-SiW12 / SiO2 catalysts were prepared by different loading sequence or preparation process.The catalytic performance of Pd-SiW12 / SiO2 catalyst was investigated in the direct oxidation of ethylene to acetic acid.The results showed that the loading order of Pd and SiW12 and the Pd- The dispersity of Pd on SiW12 / SiO2 catalyst has a great effect, but it has little effect on the amount of B acid on the surface of catalyst, but higher Pd dispersibility leads to higher activity of catalyst.
