以姜黄属广西莪术新品种‘玛瑙桂莪术’为试材,采用水培方法,研究了水晶泥对水培至不同发育阶段的‘玛瑙桂莪术’开花表现的影响。结果表明:催芽结束后立即使用水晶泥培养比一直水培的对照组开花率高;清水培养6d后使用水晶泥培养的根茎发育至初开所需天数最短,苞片色泽1级根茎个数最多,花序直径、花梗长度与粗度与对照相比均有显著差异;清水培养12d后使用水晶泥培养的根茎花枝寿命最长,盛花期最长;结果表明清水培养6d后使用水晶泥培养、每5d浇1次水的处理组能显著提高‘玛瑙桂莪术’的商品品质。
With Curcuma Guangxi Curcuma new varieties ’Agate Guizhu’ as the test material, the method of hydroponics was used to study the effect of crystal mud on the flowering performance of ’Agatela cuneata’ from hydroponic to different developmental stages. The results showed that the flowering rate of the crystal mud was higher than that of the control group immediately after the hydroponic culture. The number of roots with the first grade of rhizomes cultured with crystal clay was the lowest , Diameter of inflorescences, length and thickness of pedicels were significantly different compared with the control; rhizomes cultured with pureed mud 12 days after water culture had the longest longevity and the longest flowering stage; the results showed that after cultured for 6 days, 5d poured 1 times the water treatment group can significantly improve the ’Agate Guizhe’ quality of goods.
