(2001年2月9日) 一、“九五”期间我省水利工作回顾“九五”期间,我省水利工作在省委、省政府的正确领导下,认真贯彻落实党的十五大精神,紧紧围绕解决洪涝灾害、水资源不足、水污染严重等三大水资源问题,千方百计增加投入,坚持不懈地开展水利建设,较好地完成了“九五”计划,为促进我省工农业生产和经济社会发展做出了巨大贡献。“九五”期间全省完成水利投入70多亿元,超过历史最高水平,其中水利基本建设投资额达29.7亿元。
