水文是防汛工作的耳目,快速准确地传递水文情报是防汛指挥部门做好决策的基础工作。我们利用计算机、调制解调器(modem)的现有功能,建立了异步网传输系统,解决了电报传输中存在的问题,使水文情报传输上了一个新台阶。1 问题的提出各市水情分中心的广域网建立以后,极大地提高了水文信息的处理和传输能力,促进了防汛工作的开展。但基层水文测站、雨量站的水情信息传递问题没有解决,成为制约水文情报传递工作的“瓶颈”。在工作中我们发现计算机和调制解调器功能还有待开发,利用计算机和调制解调器可以实现水情信息的
Hydrology is the eyes and ears of flood control work, the rapid and accurate transfer of hydrological intelligence is the flood control headquarters to make the basic work of decision-making. Using the existing functions of computers and modems, we established an asynchronous network transmission system to solve the problems in telegraphy transmission and make the transmission of hydrological information reach a new stage.
