从1990年开始,省红旗渠精神杯竞赛活动开展10年来,中牟县农田水利基本建设成绩斐然,各项水利事业取得了全面发展和进步,取得了丰硕的成果。(一)农田灌溉工程建设成效显著。一是利用引黄贷款826万元,扩大和恢复引黄灌溉面积,在黄灌区集中建成了“一优双高”万亩开发区15个,开发总面积达1万hm~2。截至目前,共有引黄灌区2个,总干渠3条,干渠6条,支渠31条,斗渠252
