近期本刊收到一篇在校学生的论文来稿。编辑先请四位评阅老师提出了审阅意见。因第四位老师的意见较为尖锐,为慎重起见,编辑又请了两位老师,仍对此文存有争议。编辑感到,如何引导学生撰写出值得刊用的文章,让工程技术人员感到有一定的借鉴价值,是一个值得思考的问题。所以,编辑藉此文章征求了业内工程技术人员和学院老师的意见(审阅意见摘录如下,作者修改后的论文见本期第54页),希望能对今后选稿及学生写稿有一个具体的参考和指导。
Recently, we have received an article from the students in the school. Editor asked the first four reviewers put forward the review comments. Due to the sharper opinion of the fourth teacher, for the sake of caution, the editor invited two more teachers, who are still controversial about this article. The editor felt that it is a question worth considering that how to guide students to write articles worthy of publication so that engineers and technicians feel certain reference value. Therefore, the editors use this article to solicit opinions from industry technicians and college teachers (excerpts of the reviewing opinions are as follows, the author revised the paper see page 54 of this issue), hoping to have a specific Reference and guidance.
